Bolander <br />estimates that it will take roughly six months to "wreck to grade" most of the above -ground <br />structures on the site. The majority of building materials will be reused as building materials <br />or recycled for other uses. Ramsey County is also remediating the site (cleaning up <br />pollution on the property). After remediation is complete, the site will be sold for <br />development. Visit the TCAAP Website at http://tcaap.net/ for more information. <br /> <br />7B – County Road 10 Name Change Status <br /> <br />The status of a name cha nge for County Road 10 remains the same. The project is on <br />hold because the cost to replace road signage is prohibitive. <br /> <br />7C – Mounds View Business News <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of the July 2013 edition of Mounds View Business News. <br /> <br />The following businesses have recently moved to Mounds View. <br /> <br />Hagemeyer North America – 5251 Program Ave. – www.hagemeyerna.com <br />Hagemeyer North America joined Mounds View’s business community in March of 2013. <br />They relocated from North Minneapolis to 5251 Program Avenue in Mounds View Business <br />Park North. Their Mounds View warehouse is stocked with safety and industrial products. <br />Their Mounds View facility also houses a Life Safety Services department to fulfill <br />customers’ needs for gas monitoring, fall protection and respiratory equipment. <br /> <br />Northwood Outdoor – 2701 County Road 10 – www.NorthwoodOutdoor.com <br />Northwood Outdoor is now open at 2701 County Road 10. Northwood sells high-end patio <br />furniture and lodge décor. <br /> <br />Underwriters Laboratories (UL) – Woodale Drive – www.ul.com <br />UL has moved into their new space in Mounds View Business Park North. They are located <br />in the same building as Biolife Plasma Services and Eurofins DQCI. They certify, validate, <br />test, inspect and audit products internationally. The EDC is invited to their open house on <br />Tuesday, September 17th anytime between 7am and 5pm. <br />
