PUBLIC FACILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS <br /> <br />When tax rebate assistance is being utilized to finance public facility and <br />infrastructure projects, as opposed to those oriented toward private business and <br />development objectives, the following process will be adhered to: <br /> <br />1. The EDA will recommend the preliminary use of tax rebate financing for a <br />particular facility/infrastructure project. A formal application, deposit <br />agreement, and application worksheet will not be required. <br /> <br />2. If preliminary approval is granted, all necessary notices, resolutions and <br />certificates are prepared by city staff and/or consultants. <br /> <br />3. If necessary, public hearing(s) on the proposed project are held. <br /> <br />4.
