All Mounds View residents are welcome <br />to file. Filing fee is $20.00. <br /> Primary Election: August 9 at City Hall from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. The ballot <br />will have two parts: one for the mayoral office and one for the school board <br />office. For the mayoral only, voters will have the option to rank the candidates <br />in order of their preference. You can rank as many candidates as are on the <br />ballot, up to a maximum of six. You are not required to rank more than one <br />candidate when voting. <br /> Festival in the Park 5K Run: Registering before July 22 is just $20, if <br />registering before August 18 the cost is $25, and if registering the day of race <br />then the cost is $35. Proceeds go to support the YMCA scholarship program <br />that directly supports Mounds View area families in need of assistance and <br />allows them to participate in programs at a discounted rate. <br /> Festival in the Park: August 20.
