Other Upcoming Events/Reports <br />The 20th Annual North Metro Community Home and Garden Show will be held <br />Saturday, January 27, 2018, 9 am to 3 pm at the Sports Center in Blaine. Booths will be <br />set up relating to home improvement, remodeling and landscaping. This is an annual <br />event sponsored by the Cities of Blaine, Columbia Heights, Fridley, and Mounds View. <br />All of the sponsoring cities will have staff on hand to answer questions about housing, <br />development and city planning. In addition to exhibitors, we’ll have seminars, door <br />prizes and a sponsor treasure hunt, and a kid’s activity center with face painter and <br />balloon artist – and it’s all FREE! Submissions for the ugliest room contest to win $1,000 <br />worth of VISA gift cards donated by sponsors are due January 22. <br /> <br />H. Reports of Commissioners (Agenda Item 7) <br /> <br />I.
