CALL MEETING TO ORDER <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL: Sonterre, Stigney, Thomas, Quick and Marty. <br /> <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Thomas. To Approve the Agenda for February 25, 2002 as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF EDA MINUTES <br /> <br /> A. Approve Minutes of January 28, 2002. <br /> <br />President Sonterre requested the following change: Correct “Ellers” to “Ehlers”. <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman requested the following change: Correct the <br />spelling of “Torri”. He also noted that the minutes stated the name of Mr. Fox’s company as <br />Waterjet Services and the name is FedTech, Inc. <br /> <br />Commissioner Thomas indicated the minutes could not be changed with regard to the name of <br />Mr. Fox’s company because Mayor Sonterre had stated the name as Waterjet Services making <br />the minutes correct. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Stigney. To Approve the January 28, 2002 Minutes of the EDA <br />as Amended. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />Commissioner Quick abstained from voting. <br />
