PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />Barbara Haake, 3024 County Road I, referenced Items 7A and 7B on the agenda and asked that <br />the Commissioners give at least three reasons for the way they vote on each item. <br /> <br /> 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. <br /> <br />A. EDA Minutes June 13, 2005 <br /> <br />The June 13, 2005 EDA Minutes will be presented at the July 11, 2005 EDA Meeting <br /> <br />6. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />A. Resolution 05-EDA-203 Approving the Proposed Sale of Land comprising the <br />Bridges of Mounds View Golf Course; and approving the Development Proposal <br />and Terms of the Purchase Agreement and Contract for Private Development. <br /> <br />Aaron Backman, Economic Development Coordinator, stated that since last summer the Mounds <br />View Economic Development Authority and the City Council have authorized Staff to undertake <br />various steps regarding the golf course redevelopment and Medtronic project including a <br />Wetlands Delineation Study, a commercial appraisal, an Alternative Urban Areawide Review,
