Resolution 09-EDA-253 Authorizing JDI Signs & Graphics to Replace the <br />Panels on the Electronic Message Sign Located at City Hall. <br /> <br />Economic Development Specialist Steinmetz explained that this request was carried over from <br />the September 28, 2009, meeting to approve the replacement of two sign panels on the electronic <br />message sign located at City Hall and to paint the remainder of the sign.
