M:\MasterFiles\1999 thru 2010\2000\EDA\EDA Packets\02-28-00\Item No. 05C--EDC Chair Appt.--Aaron Parrish.doc <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-EDA122 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION ELECTED CHAIRPERSON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Municipal Code Chapter 408.07, Subdivision 1 entitled <br />Economic Development Commission, Organization states that "at the first regular meeting of the <br />year, the Commission shall appoint a chairperson from among its voting members and that this <br />appointment shall be subject to Authority approval and shall consist of a one year term"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, through a unanimous vote of the Economic Development <br />Commission members on January 20th, 2000 Tom Field was elected chairperson of the <br />Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br />Development Authority of the City of Mounds View hereby approves the appointment of Tom <br />Field as Chairperson of the Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of February, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
