In case any action at law or in equity, including an action for declaratory <br />relief, is brought against the Developer to enforce the provisions of this Declaration, the Developer agrees to <br />pay the reasonable attorneys’ fees and other reasonable expenses paid or incurred by the Authority in <br />connection with the action. <br /> <br /> 13. Declaration Binding.
