Aug. 26, 2013 - EDA Meeting <br />Item 7A— Resolutionl3-EDA-281 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />The City's attorney, Kennedy & Graven, has created the attached purchase agreement for <br />the EDA's consideration. <br />For the FDA's information, this home is the third house identified by City staff as a potential <br />purchase for this project based on the grant criteria, funds available and lot size. The <br />property owner of the first house identified was not interested in selling.
