Resolution 12-EDA-272 Approving a Limited Use Agreement with Coventry 39 <br />Senior Living of Mounds View to use EDA-owned land for Construction 40 <br />staging. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Planning Associate Heller stated the Coventry Senior Living development on County Road 10 43 <br />just south of H2 was beginning. She explained the City owned a lot that was adjacent to this site 44 <br />and Coventry Senior Living has requested to use this lot for material and equipment storage. 45
