<br />HRP Funding Request <br />2617 Sherwood Road <br />March 12, 2007 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Consistent with past practice, Staff directed the Krigs to obtain and submit three demolition <br />quotes from licensed demolition contractors. Three estimates were received, outlined in the <br />table below. <br /> <br />Contractor Estimate <br />Ray Anderson & Sons Co. $8,900 <br />Robarge Excavating Inc. $8,700 <br />Classic Construction $7,945 <br /> <br /> <br />If the EDA supports moving forward with the funding request, staff would draft a demolition <br />and redevelopment agreement to be executed by the Krigs and the City outlining the limits of <br />the City’s financial participation.
