308303v2 SJR MU205-30 <br /> <br />Medtronic and Clear Channel are negotiating and discussing a “global settlement” which <br />includes swapping Sign No. 6 for Sign No. 2 (require the removal of Sign 6 instead of <br />Sign 2) as well as any issues related to the relocation of other billboards covered in the <br />Agreement, and/or any necessary buyout alternatives.
