Premium Stop Redevelopment Area Study <br />20 City of Mounds View <br />Pedestrian and Bicycle <br />Network <br />Integral to the function of the Premium Stop <br />Redevelopment Area is the creation of an integrated <br />system of pedestrian linkages. All streets in the site <br />will accommodate pedestrian movement either with <br />sidewalks or trails. In addition, pedestrian connections <br />to adjacent neighborhoods and commercial areas will <br />be enhanced with decorative crosswalk treatments, <br />signs, and landscape improvements. In addition to the <br />improved pedestrian connections, a new multi-use trail <br />adjacent to the Premium Stop Redevelopment Area has <br />been proposed within the public R.O.W. (right of way) of <br />County Road 10.
