<br />Silverview Estates Land Donation <br />August 14, 2006 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of EDA Resolution 06-EDA-224, a resolution authorizing a real <br />estate appraisal be conducted for the parcel located at 2696 County Road 10 in support of a <br />planned land donation from Silverview estates, Inc. to the City of Mounds View.
