Resolution 04-EDA-187 Approving Phase I Environmental Assessment and 38 <br />other Assessment Activities for the Commercial Property known as Gas for 39 <br />Less at 2525 County Highway 10 in Mounds View. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman reviewed the Resolution with the Authority and 42 <br />indicated that staff advises the environmental activities be completed prior to any proposed 43 <br />closing on the property, which could occur on June 30th.
