Update Regarding Redevelopment Projects Along County Highway 10. 74 <br /> 75 <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman provided an update of the redevelopment along 76 <br />Highway 10 including the Perkins property and the Amoco site. 77 <br /> 78 <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman indicated that a Fortune 50 Company 79 <br />headquartered on the East Coast is interested in purchasing and redeveloping the Amoco site. He 80 <br />then indicated that plans and further information should be available after the next Planning 81 <br />Commission meeting. 82 <br /> 83 <br />President Linke thanked Mr. Backman for his efforts to redevelop the Amoco site as well as Greg 84 <br />Johnson who has also worked on the redevelopment. 85 <br /> 86 <br />8.
