To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 03-EDA-58 <br />173, a Resolution Approving Revisions to the City’s Business Subsidy Policy. 59 <br /> 60 <br />Vice President Stigney indicated he felt the minimum wage should be higher than what it is and 61 <br />tax abatement should be stricken from the document. 62 <br /> 63 <br />Ayes – 3 Nays – 1(Stigney) Motion carried. 64 <br /> 65 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Marty.
