Approve Minutes of February 25, 2002. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Marty. To Approve the February 25, 2002 Minutes of the EDA as <br />Amended. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. REPORTS <br /> <br />City Attorney Riggs updated the Authority on the matter with the Mermaid Cabbot property <br />indicating he had received calls from out east and was informed that all of the documents are in <br />the hands of the appropriate parties to be forwarded to Minnesota with the hope that a closing <br />would occur this week.
