Additional information about this <br />program can also be obtained from the attached resolution. <br /> <br />Finally, it is anticipated that both of the aforementioned programs would target manufactured homes <br />constructed prior to 1976. However, the extent of code and life safety issues associated with the <br />home would be the primary determinant. Currently, the units within Mounds View Mobile Home Park <br />were manufactured on the following dates: <br /> <br />YEAR MANUFACTURED NUMBER OF UNITS <br />Prior to 1970 22 <br />1970 - 1974 26 <br />1975 - 1979 55 <br />1980 – 1989 22 <br />1990 and Newer 30 <br />Total Units 155 <br /> <br />From a financial perspective, the program would only become operational upon successful receipt of <br />Federal Community Development Block Grant funds allocated through Ramsey County. These <br />funds are primarily allocated for the development or rehabilitation of affordable housing, and projects <br />that benefit low to moderate income individuals. The Manufactured Home Park Revitalization <br />Program addresses both criteria.
