Release of Sign Easement Originally Granted by Midland Videen to Anton <br />and Delores Jambor for the BelRae Ballroom Sign. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Ericson indicated that the Ramsey County Examiner of Titles <br />has requested that the EDA release and terminate the easement in order to finalize the plat and <br />title work for the Mounds View City Hall Addition. He then explained that Ramsey County had <br />requested specific language that was added to the Resolution. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Thomas. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution EDA- <br />146-01, a Resolution Releasing the Sign Easement Originally Granted by Midland Videen to <br />Anton and Delores Jambor for the BelRae Ballroom Sign. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br /> B. Discussion Regarding Acquisition of Property Associated with the Mermaid <br />Redevelopment. <br /> <br />Economic Development Director Parrish reported that significant progress has been made by <br />Cabbot Industrial Trust and that further action of the EDA is not necessary at this time. <br /> <br />Commissioner Marty asked Mr. Parrish to alert the EDA if the deal is not completed as the Halls <br />have been working on the deal for a long time and the City is committed to helping them with <br />this matter. <br /> <br />Mayor Sonterre asked Mr. Parrish to let the EDA know when the transaction is finalized. <br /> <br />9.
