Recommendation: <br /> <br />Consider EDA Resolution 01-EDA-154, revised to show the approved renovation specialist <br />and bid amount. The resolution also indicates (on Page 2) that a public hearing will be held <br />to formally authorize the sale of the property in accordance with Minnesota statutory <br />requirements.
