MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-EDC19 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 1998 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code entitled, 'The <br /> Economic Development Commission", specifies that the Commission review the bylaws <br /> on an annual basis; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted <br /> a detailed review of the Bylaws. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic <br /> Development Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends adoption of the <br /> attached Bylaws. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development • <br /> Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the Economic Development <br /> Authority prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 18th day of December, 1997. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chair <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Director of Economic Development <br /> • <br />
