(Hopkins, Arden <br /> Hills, Burnsville, Columbia Heights, Cedar Ave in Apple Valley, <br /> Maple Grove in City transportation system) <br /> Define the audiences that use Highway 10 - residents, other <br /> communities, commuters. <br /> Evaluate what businesses are needed and wanted on Highway <br /> 10. <br /> Define "mainstreet" for Mounds View. <br /> Identify a "magnet" that draws people to Highway 10 and ways <br /> to capitalize regionally on that draw. <br /> Review turn back time table and procedures. <br /> • <br /> Evaluate ways that we can provide a safe, accessible crossing of <br /> Highway 10. <br /> Evaluate the feasibility of safe pedestrian access on Highway 10 <br /> for walking, biking, rollerblading, handicap and seniors. <br /> Research the use of a people mover for community activities <br /> and commuter services. <br /> Review one stop shop of public services - community center, <br /> county facilities, city facilities, daycare, healthcare -- that would <br /> be beneficial to attract to the corridor. <br /> Identify landscape and design standards and concepts. <br />
