There <br /> are also two vacant commercial sites within this section. <br /> Proposed Vision - Provide heavy buffering for the residential nature of development in this area <br /> and incorporate low impact uses for the two vacant commercial sites tucked inbetween the <br /> residential developments. <br /> Benefits <br /> • Improve aesthetics with redevelopment of blighted properties. <br /> • With heavy tree buffering provide a transition into the neighboring community of SLP <br /> Challenges: <br /> • Identifying uses for commercial properties <br /> • Parcels tied to foreclosure and contamination <br /> • Property owners frustrated with vision for this section. <br /> • <br />
