RESOLUTION NO. 6399 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING A CONTRACT AWARD FOR WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE <br />COUNTY ROAD 10 REDEVELOPMENT AND REVITALIZATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 10, 2004 the City Council approved Resolution 6178 <br />authorizing the preparation of a Request For Proposal (RFP) for work associated <br />with the County Road 10 Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based on Council’s direction, Staff has developed a Request <br />For Proposal (RFP); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 27, 2004 the City Council approved Resolution <br />6357 authorizing the publication of a Request For Proposal (RFP) for Work <br />Associated with the County Road 10 Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received three responses from the Request For <br />Proposal; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff and Ramsey County recommend that the City <br />Council award a contract to the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & <br />Associates, Incorporated for work associated with the County Road 10 <br />Redevelopment and Revitalization Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated cost of $152,000 for consulting services will be <br />derived from Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Fund – District No. 1. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The award of a contract to the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik <br />& Associates, Incorporated for work associated with the County <br />Road 10 Redevelopment and Revitalization Project is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute <br />said contract. <br /> <br />3. The estimated cost of $152,000 for consulting services will be <br />derived from Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Fund – District No. 1 or <br />other non-City sources, if available. <br /> <br /> <br />
