<br /> <br /> <br />October 28, 2004 <br /> <br />Dan Solar <br />Traffic Engineer <br />Ramsey County <br />1425 Paul Kirkwold Drive <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />Subject: County Road 10 Request For Proposal Review <br /> <br />Dear Dan, <br /> <br />On September 27, 2004 the City Council approved a resolution to authorize the <br />publication of a Request For Proposal (RFP) for work associated with the County <br />Road 10 Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan. A due date of October 25, <br />2004 was set for submitting a proposal. <br /> <br />The City has received a total of three proposals: BRAA, SEH, and URS. Based <br />on our previous discussion I have enclosed two sets of proposals. Please review <br />these documents and provide the City with comments and possible <br />recommendations by November 16, 2004. If you feel an interview process is <br />warranted to further investigate the capabilities for these three firms, please <br />contact me. <br /> <br />Assuming we exclude the interview process, I anticipate that this item will be <br />brought before the City Council for approval on November 22, 2004. <br />Thank you for your assistance.
