APPROVAL OF AGENDA 18 <br /> 19 <br /> Monday, November 8, 2004 City Council Agenda. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Director Ericson added Item 9E to the Consent Agenda, Set a Public Hearing for Monday, 22 <br />November 22, 2004 at 7:10 p.m. to Consider a Conditional Use Permit Request for a Fuel Station 23 <br />at 2280 County Road. I. 24 <br /> 25 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Monday, November 8, 2004 Agenda as 26 <br />amended. 27 <br /> 28 <br /> Ayes –5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 29 <br /> 30 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 31 <br /> 32 <br />William Werner, 2765 Sherwood Road, suggested a license fee for the Mermaid because of all of 33 <br />the police calls that are made there. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mayor Linke stated that the police department prefers that they are called regarding disturbances. 36 <br />He stated the fees are not set arbitrarily, but are governed by the square footage and what they do 37 <br />in a particular area. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Al Hall, 5357 St. Steven St., suggested that the golf course could perhaps make extra income in 40 <br />the winter time with cross country skiing or Christmas tree sales. 41 <br /> 42 <br />John Macusic, 8465 Eastwood Road, stated that now that the billboards are going to be at the 43 <br />golf course, the golf course will be making money.
