CVS Rezoning Report <br />November 22, 2004 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 739 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONING OF PORTIONS OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, <br />BLOCK 1, VELMEIR CVS ADDITION, LOCATED AT 2800 COUNTY ROAD 10 <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Appendix A of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled “Specific <br />Rezonings” is hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance 739. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Purpose. The Mounds View City Council has determined that to <br />further economic development and organized land use controls that the present zoning <br />classification of portions of certain parcels should be reclassified to be consistent with the <br />current zoning of the former Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Amoco Silver Addition. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 2. The Mounds View City Council has determined that there would be <br />no adverse effects to adjoining properties resulting from the rezoning and that the rezoning <br />would not be detrimental to the community at large. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 3. Accordingly, the Mounds View City Council approves the rezoning <br />and directs that the City’s official Zoning Map and the zoning classification for the following <br />described parcel be amended as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel Legal Description Existing Zoning <br />Designation <br />New Zoning <br />Designation <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Velmeir CVS Addition B-3, R-3 B-3 <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Velmeir CVS Addition R-3, B-3, R-4 B-3 <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Velmeir CVS Addition R-3, R-4 R-4 <br /> <br />and as shown on the attached maps labeled Exhibit A through C. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Adoption of this ordinance is contingent upon successful recording of the <br />Velmeir CVS Addition plat with Ramsey County <br /> <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance is effective thirty days after its publication. <br /> <br /> <br /> Public hearing, first reading and introduction by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View this 24th day of May, 2004.
