CVS Site Plan Amendment Report <br />November 22, 2004 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6400 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING <br />AN AMENDMENT TO THE SITE PLAN FOR THE CVS PHARMACY DEVELOMPENT, <br />ORGINALLY APPROVED ON MAY 24, 2004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Velmeir Companies (“Velmeir”), on behalf of Rick Perrozi, who is <br />representing the owners of the 2832 County Road 10, has requested an amendment to the <br />CVS Pharmacy development site plan, which was originally approved by Resolution 6270 <br />on May 24, 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the CVS Pharmacy development is located at 2800 County Road 10 <br />and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1 Velmeir CVS Addition <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Velmeir has submitted an amended plan showing a change in the <br />perimeter curbing; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the submitted plan would potentially allow thru traffic to gain access to <br />the CVS Pharmacy site by way of the Pak building and other properties further west on <br />County Road 10; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, both the Mounds View City Council and the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission feel it would pose a hazard and a nuisance to potentially have traffic <br />accessing the CVS Pharmacy site by cutting through other parking lots along County Road <br />10; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> 1. Site Plan Approved on May 24, 2004 <br />2. Proposed Amended Site Plan, date stamped November 17, 2004 <br />3. Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />
