<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6411 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Resolution Approving a Cigarette/Tobacco License <br />for <br />CVS Pharmacy #5999 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CVS Pharmacy #5999 has applied for a Cigarette/Tobacco <br />License; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CVS Pharmacy #5999 has submitted the proper paperwork <br />and fees, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a Cigarette/Tobacco License for CVS Pharmacy #5999 <br />pending a satisfactory fire inspection. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from January 23, 2005-June 30, 2005. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 13h day of December, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br />
