Crane, Administrative Assistant <br />Item Title/Subject: 2005 Special Election Ballot Review <br /> <br /> <br />Attached for the Council’s review are the Mounds View Ballots for the Special Election on <br />February 1, 2005. The City Attorney would also be reviewing these ballots for final <br />approval. The City Attorney will be signing the Ballot Approval Form to ensure all <br />Minnesota Statutes are followed, and Staff will be forwarding the approval to the Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed all documents, and all candidates have their names correctly spelled. <br />The layout, titles and headers are correct, and the City has a ballot for each Precinct. <br />Attached are the Ramsey County Rotation Sequence of Candidates and Affidavits of <br />Candidacy for your information. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />To review the ballots for City Office to ensure that names match between the Affidavits of <br />Candidacy and the Ballots.
