<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5419 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE <br />INSTALLATION OF SIX OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SIGNS ON BRIDGES <br />GOLF COURSE PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ELLER MEDIA <br />PROPOSAL <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has applied for an Interim Use Permit <br />to install six outdoor advertising signs on Bridges Golf Course Property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Bridges Golf Course property is made up of a collection <br />of parcels; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following legally-described golf course properties are <br />zoned CRP -- Conservancy, Recreation and Preservation: <br /> <br />That Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 5, Township 30, Range 23, lying north and west of State <br />Highway 10 Right of Way, and, <br /> <br />Those parts of Lots 3, 4, 13 and 14, Block 1, Laport Meadows, <br />lying north of State Highway 10 Right of Way; and , <br /> <br />Those parts of Lots 1 – 5, Block 2, Laport Meadows, lying north <br />of State Highway 10 right of way; and , <br /> <br />All of Lots 1, 2 and 15, Block 1, Laport Meadows; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following legally-described golf course property is zoned <br />PF, Public Facilities: <br /> <br />Outlot A, SYSCO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following legally-described golf course properties are <br />zoned I-1, Industrial: <br /> <br />Outlot A, North Star Industrial Park 2nd Add <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, North Star Industrial Park 2nd Add <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-referenced properties zoned CRP and I-1 are in the <br />process of being rezoned to PF, Public Facility, by the City; and, <br />
