PUD Amendment Report <br />Building N <br />March 3, 2004 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br /> <br />6. The use would not create traffic hazards or congestion because the traffic <br />generated will be at complementary times from the surrounding uses. <br /> <br />7. Adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and necessary facilities have been <br />provided. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission, based <br />upon the above finding of fact, does hereby recommend that the Mounds View Business <br />Park East Planned Unit Development (PUD) be amended such that the use “Religious <br />Institution” be added to those uses expressly permitted on Lot 1, Block 1, Mounds View <br />Business Park East 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs <br />staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 3rd day of March, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />_____________________________________ <br />Gary Stevenson, Chairperson <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />_____________________________________ <br />James Ericson <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
