It was <br />planned that this amount would be used to cover any and all overtime paid to <br />City employees associated with this inspection program. <br /> <br />The cost for an incentive program would need to be determined should the City <br />Council wish to provide an incentive. Possible sources would be the Wastewater <br />Contingency Account (account 730-4823-9100), which has $15,000 available. <br />There was also a cost savings of $41,000 from the budget for the sewer <br />televising unit. <br /> <br />The City of Fridley had a similar program in 1995, whereby they inspected about <br />8,000 properties and had discovered about 380+ non-conforming properties. <br />Only small fraction applied for the City incentive, which was to pay for ½ of the
