Item No. 8B <br />Meeting Date: January 6, 2003 <br />Type of Business: CB <br /> City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: James Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Consideration of Resolution 5919 Setting 2003 <br />Meeting Dates for City Council Meetings <br /> <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: <br /> <br />Based on the Council’s schedule of conducting a Work Session the first Monday of <br />each month and conducting Council meetings the second and fourth Mondays of <br />each month, Resolution 5919 and Exhibit A list proposed Council meeting and Work <br />Session dates for 2003. <br /> <br />Three legal holidays fall on dates that would otherwise be considered Council <br />meetings—Memorial Day (May 26th), Labor Day (September 1st) and Veteran’s Day <br />(November 10th).
