MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER 12 <br /> 13 <br />2. ROLL CALL: Sonterre, Quick, Marty (absent), Stigney, and Thomas. 14 <br /> 15 <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 16 <br /> 17 <br /> A. Monday, December 30, 2002 City Council Agenda. 18 <br /> 19 <br />City Administrator Miller indicated there would not be a need for the scheduled closed session. 20 <br />She then requested that the resignation of David Longville from his part time position be added 21 <br />under Council Business. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Mayor Sonterre asked whether there would be a recording secretary present at the meeting. 24 <br /> 25 <br />City Administrator Miller indicated the minutes of the meeting would be transcribed from 26 <br />videotape. 27 <br /> 28 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Sonterre. To Approve the December 30, 2002, City Council 29 <br />Agenda as presented. 30 <br /> 31 <br /> Ayes - 4 Nays – 1(Stigney) Motion carried. 32 <br /> 33 <br />4. PUBLIC INPUT 34 <br /> 35 <br />David Jahnke of 8428 Eastwood Road thanked the outgoing Council and Staff members. He 36 <br />then said he would especially like to thank the City Administrator as it has been a rough couple 37 <br />of years and, even though he did not always agree with her, he is thankful she was able to rid the 38 <br />City of the corruption. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Mr. Jahnke asked incoming Council Members to work to keep the corruption from happening 41 <br />again. He then wished Ms. Miller best wishes and thanked her for her time and energy spent on 42 <br />ridding the City of corruption. 43 <br /> 44
