The City Council again reviewed the <br />plan at the January 13, 2003 work session. <br /> <br />The attached resolution adopts 2003 budgets for the capital projects funds for the <br />projects discussed at the work session. This resolution is for budgetary and planning <br />purposes only, each project will come back to the City Council for approval of <br />engineering services and award of the construction contracts. <br /> <br />The following is a summary of the projects by fund: <br /> <br />Municipal State Aid for Street Construction: <br />No projects were identified, but $100,000 is listed which should more than cover <br />planning that will take place during 2003 on projects to be constructed in 2004 and later. <br /> <br />Special Projects Fund: <br />Pathway Rehabilitation Program $20,000 <br />Playground Equipment Maintenance $25,000 <br />Pathway Construction Program $52,000 <br />City Hall Rehabilitation $280,000 <br />TOTAL $377,000 <br /> <br />Street Improvement Fund: <br />Roadway Major Maintenance $1,500,000 <br />Manufactured Home Access Study $12,500 <br />TOTAL $1,512,500 <br /> <br />Park Dedication Fund: <br />Hillview Parking Lot Addition $35,000 <br />Skate Park $55,000 <br />TOTAL $90,000
