Minutes for January 27, 2003 3 <br /> 4 <br />Council Member Marty requested the following change: On Page 3, Line 6 change lead to leads. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Mayor Linke indicated he had said he would pay for the meal at the last meeting and has done so. He 7 <br />then produced a receipt for Council review. 8 <br /> 9 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn. To Approve the City Council Minutes of January 27, 2003 as 10 <br />Amended. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Council Member Stigney indicated he has a problem with ECS beginning work as it virtually assures he 15 <br />will get the bid once the work has begun. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Council Member Marty indicated that Lion John Deppa would be receiving an award for outstanding 18 <br />service to youth at the Northwest Youth and Family Services banquet on Thursday, February 13, 2003. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Mayor Linke indicated he would be attending as a Lion. 21 <br /> 22 <br />11. CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS LABOR ISSUES 23 <br /> 24 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Recess to Closed Session to Discuss Labor Issues. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Council recessed to closed session at 10:10 p.m. 29 <br /> 30 <br />12.
