<br /> <br /> <br />While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use <br />hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls, and to reach with hands and arms. <br />The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. <br /> <br />The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. <br />WORK ENVIRONMENT <br /> <br />The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee <br />encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be <br />made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. <br /> <br />While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in both office and field settings. When <br />in the field, the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions, and may experience exposure to <br />wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, hazardous or <br />unsanitary conditions, risk of electrical shock and vibration. Situations may occur which are <br />threatening, and where the employee may encounter aggressive and hostile behavior from individuals <br />the employee must deal with in the course of performing his or her duties. <br /> <br />The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. <br /> <br /> <br />SELECTION GUIDELINES <br /> <br />Formal application and resume, rating of education and experience; oral interview, reference checks, <br />physical examination and drug and alcohol tests; job related tests may be required. <br /> <br />The duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be <br />performed.
