Mounds View City Council March 10, 2003 <br />Regular Meeting Page 10 <br /> <br />Council Member Marty indicated he would not have an issue with checking with the State 1 <br />Auditor for clarification so it does not appear that anything is being swept under the carpet. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Council Member Gunn asked for clarification on Check Number110378 to the City of Spring 4 <br />Lake Park for equipment usage. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Finance Director Hansen explained that Lakeside Park is the park that is on border with Spring 7 <br />Lake Park and the two cities jointly operate it with each City taking on certain responsibilities for 8 <br />maintenance. The City of Spring Lake Park assumes the physical maintenance and makes use of 9 <br />city equipment to maintain the park, keeps track of hours and bills the City for usage of that 10 <br />equipment at commercial rental rates. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Council Member Gunn asked if the County Road H2 project was nearly completed. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Public Works Director Lee indicated that the final wear course, boulevard restoration and 15 <br />pathway on the north side still needed to be completed. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Mayor Linke asked Mr. Ericson to contact the State Auditor for clarification on the gala 18 <br />expenditure. 19 <br /> 20 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn.
