Mounds View City Council March 10, 2003 <br />Regular Meeting Page 26 <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated he would be happy to look into it but said he is not 1 <br />sure why the City did not go with the subset but that can be discussed along with the other 2 <br />personnel policy issues. He then commented that he would not have time to research the tax 3 <br />capacity issue and suggested using an outside entity for that research. 4 <br /> 5 <br />Council Member Stigney asked where the report from Labor Relations was that cost the City 6 <br />$3,900. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated the supporting documentation was not provided as 9 <br />it is right out of Stanton 2002 which Council has. 10 <br /> 11 <br />11.
