<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5982 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALTERNATE CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO THE <br />NORTH SUBURBAN COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (NSCC) ALSO KNOWN AS <br />THE “CABLE COMMISSION” <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Communications Commission (a/k/a the Cable <br />Commission) is a Commission of individuals representing the communities of Arden Hills, Falcon <br />Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, St. <br />Anthony and Shoreview; with each community appointing a single representative to serve on the <br />Commission; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor with the approval of the majority of the City Council, appoints one <br />City representative and one alternate City representative to the Cable Commission; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 10, 2003, the City approved the appointment of Ms. Barbara <br />Haake as the City’s primary representative to the Cable Commission however the Council at <br />that time did not appoint an alternate City representative. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council does <br />hereby appoint _______________________ to serve as the alternate City representative to the <br />Cable Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of April, 2003. <br /> <br />_____________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />James Ericson <br />Interim City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />Item No. 8D <br />Meeting date: April 14, 2003 <br />Type of Business: Consent
