The applicant shall record the deeds with Ramsey County not later than 60 <br />days beyond City Council approval. Failure to do so shall render subdivision <br />approval null and void. The applicant shall submit proof of recordation to the <br />City of Mounds View. No building permits shall be issued until proof of <br />recordation is provided. <br /> <br />4. Each dwelling unit shall have separate utility services. The applicant shall <br />submit a utility plan to the Public Works Department before requesting <br />permits. <br /> <br />5. Each resulting dwelling unit shall meet existing building codes. <br /> <br />6.
