Item No.8I <br />Type of Business:CA <br />Meeting Date: May 19, 2003 <br /> <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Mary Burg, Golf Course Manager <br />Subject: Resolution No. 5972, Resolution Approving a Step <br />Adjustment for David Parker, Grounds & Equipment <br />Manager <br />Date: May 12, 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Consideration of STEP Increase consistent with a section 3:01 as stipulated in the <br />Mounds View Personnel Policy for David Parker, Grounds /Equipment Manager. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />Resolution 5820, Establishing a Wage for the Grounds/Equipment Manager was adopted <br />on May 20,2002. This resolution reclassified David as a full time employee on May 20, <br />2002. After review of the resolution, it does appear that Mr. Parker should have received <br />a 6-month step increase November 20, 2002.
