Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution 6026 Regarding an Off Sale 14 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License for Budget Liquor; 2577 County Highway 10 15 <br /> 16 <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 8:58 p.m. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated that all requirements have been met with the 19 <br />exception of the fire inspection as there are a few items needing to be addressed. He then read 20 <br />the issues needing resolution. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated the City Attorney had asked that language be added 23 <br />that the approval is pending a satisfactory fire inspection. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8:59 p.m. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Stigney.
