To Amend the Language of Resolution 6032 to Allow the 4 <br />Removal of the 9 Feet at the Curb to bring the Driveway into Compliance. 5 <br /> 6 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 7 <br /> 8 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 9 <br /> 10 <br />City Attorney Riggs indicated it would be illegal to put an unlawful obstruction in the City’s 11 <br />right-of-way without a valid permit and said there could be a liability issue 12 <br /> 13 <br />B. Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution 6026 Regarding an Off Sale 14 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License for Budget Liquor; 2577 County Highway 10 15 <br /> 16 <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 8:58 p.m. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated that all requirements have been met with the 19 <br />exception of the fire inspection as there are a few items needing to be addressed. He then read 20 <br />the issues needing resolution. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated the City Attorney had asked that language be added 23 <br />that the approval is pending a satisfactory fire inspection. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8:59 p.m. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Stigney. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 6026, a 28 <br />Resolution Regarding an Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Budget Liquor; 2577 County 29 <br />Highway 10. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 32 <br /> 33 <br />C. Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution 6027 Regarding an Off Sale 34 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor; 2840 County Highway 10 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 9:01 p.m. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated that all requirements for license renewal have been 39 <br />met with the exception of a few fire inspection issues. He then reviewed those with Council. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 9:02 p.m. 42 <br /> 43
