Services $12,844.86 $1.02 / foot <br /> <br /> <br />The low bidder was Westco Environmental Services with a bid of $12,844.86 ($1.02 / <br />foot). <br /> <br />For the last few years the City has contracted with the second lowest bidder, Duke’s <br />Root Control.
