Mounds View City Council June 23, 2003 <br />Regular Meeting Page 13 <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated that this change is in response to issues with regard 1 <br />to multifamily properties and the fact that in certain areas no City review was required for the 2 <br />expansion of those multiple dwelling facilities. He then indicated that this change would require 3 <br />City review to determine whether the proposal would be detrimental to the surrounding area. 4 <br /> 5 <br />Interim City Administration Ericson read the language requirement from the Ordinance as it was 6 <br />changed and is slightly different from the language at the last meeting. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8:43 p.m. 9 <br /> 10 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn.
