To Approve the Special City Council Meeting Minutes of 6 <br />June 16, 2003 as Presented. 7 <br /> 8 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 9 <br /> 10 <br />B. City Council Minutes June 23, 2003 11 <br /> 12 <br />Council Member Marty requested the following changes: On Page 2, line 9, change currently is 13 <br />to “was last”. On Page 11, Line 3 clarify that he said he believed in nine years at that meeting 14 <br />that the sidewalk would go in. 15 <br /> 16 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the City Council Minutes of June 23, 2003, as 17 <br />Amended. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 20 <br /> 21 <br />11. REPORTS 22 <br /> 23 <br />Council Member Gunn indicated she attended a picnic in honor of Ben Ingen welcoming him 24 <br />home from Iraq. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Council Member Gunn indicated that she has been asked to bring up Highway 10 redevelopment 27 <br />and the renaming of Highway 10 for discussion at an upcoming work session. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Council Member Marty reminded residents that Festival in the Park is scheduled for August 16, 30 <br />and 17, 2003 and invited residents to sign up for the golf tournament. 31 <br /> 32 <br /> City Attorney Vose indicated that he provided to Council a letter with a recommendation and 33 <br />report regarding the results of the Eller Media billboard and this matter will be discussed at 34 <br />another meeting. 35 <br /> 36 <br />12.
