<br />RESOLUTION NO. 6092 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Establishing Public Hearing Dates for the Proposed General Fund <br />Budget and Property Tax Levy for Fiscal Year 2004 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the truth in taxation law requires the city to hold public hearings as part <br />of the budget process to adopt its final General Fund Budget and Property Tax Levy for <br />fiscal year 2004; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must select dates for an initial public hearing and a <br />continuation public hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certification of the public hearing dates to the Ramsey County Auditor <br />must occur on or before September 15, 2003. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View that the initial Truth in Taxation public hearing will be held on Monday, December 1, <br />2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mounds View City Hall. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the continuation Truth in Taxation public hearing, <br />if needed, will be held as part of the regular City Council meeting on Monday, December 8, <br />2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mounds View City Hall. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the adoption of the final General Fund Budget <br />and Property Tax Levy for fiscal year 2004 will occur as part of the regular City Council <br />meeting on Monday, December 8, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mounds View City Hall. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director shall certify these dates to <br />the Ramsey County Auditor. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th Day of September 2003. <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> ___________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich <br /> City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL)
